Is your cookware dishwasher safe?
While our stainless steel and ceramic items are technically dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing to preserve the finish and longevity of the exterior colors.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States usually arrives within 5-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging.
Can I use Great Jones pans on an induction stovetop?
Yes! All of our core cookware, including the 'The Holy Grail' and 'The Dutchess,' is fully compatible with induction, gas, and electric cooktops.
Do you offer international shipping?
